Looks good in B&W.
Looks a bit funny though with the cable disc on the upper right, did not see them at first.
...and welcome to GFX!

Welcome in GFX.
I agree with the above....looks very good in B&W...well done.
This is another face of my country (Albania) who is not shown in my work...
Strange people......who live in extreme poverty and have digital tecnology (TV chanel via sat) in their home.

Question is about angle of view. It isn't bad at all, but on the other hand it doesn't provide any special feeling. This view is rather describing than anything else.
If there isn't any better view than this one, then I would suggest you to play with light a little bit. If I were you I would wait for evening ....or morning.... or night .... or storm ...or fog .... or something else that can give special value to this view. It's interresting house but without secondary motive the photography is somehow empty.
As Maurene mentioned, you can also do some experiments with details in case your camera has zoom. Architecture is perfect category, ideal for abstract forms, geometry, light and shadows.

Nice first picture. Looks very nice in B&W. My advice: try some different angles/compositions/perspectives, to make the photo more 'exciting'.
Btw, it looks a bit low resolution.
